Amelia has previously worked with both kids and teenagers and now offers yoga classes in schools, groups and clubs around Wiltshire. Amelia shares yoga authentically to children of all ages tailoring the classes to the age group in accessible and playful ways.

Amelia hosts weekly zoom classes where you can join class from the comfort of your own home. She also has a free you-tube channel where you will find a variety of yoga classes with varying lengths and intensity so that you can find a class which suits your needs and even re-visit your favourites!
What is Yoga?
Yoga originated in India thousands of years ago. It is a practice which has truly stood the test of time weaving its way through countless generations of yogis and, more recently, into the western world. Yoga captures its students and keeps us coming back for more. Whether its the challenge of a new posture, the stillness, the connection to ourselves and our world yoga adds depth to our life experiences. Yoga is a physical practice and so if often considered exercise and although its fantastic at keep you fit and healthy there is much more that you will uncover with continued practice.
