Guided Relaxation

This guided relaxation is inspired by the winter equinox, the darkest days of the year where we have less energy and naturally want to slow down (when society tells us to keep going and speed up!) Join me as we slow down, this practice starts with the breath, a deep relaxing breath before coming into a counted breath elongating the exhalation. We then have the option to lay down as I guide you through a body scan for deep rest, rejuvenation and illumination.

Although this practice references the winter equinox it can be used throughout the year, we are cyclical and each new moon brings this energy so plenty of times to repeat if you enjoy it!
